Products may differ slightly from the photos as we change suppliers from time to time.

Shipping details

We always endeavour to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt, however, we are not AMAZON, with a huge warehouse, stock levels & workforce! We are a very small family business, with items sometimes being produced especially for your order. If you are likely to experience a delay before your order is shipped, we will endeavour to communicate this to you as soon as possible.
We currently use Royal Mail/Parcel Force for all our shipping. Your items will always be shipped by the cheapest method, which has limited insurance cover, however, at the point of shipping we will obtain a “Proof of Postage” certificate. If your item doesn’t arrive or is delivered later than expected you can make a  claim against Royal Mail/Parcel Force: https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/325/~/how-to-make-a-claim.
We will, of course, provide you with the proof of postage details.
