shipping terms & conditions


  • All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch. Where applicable, bank details can be sent on application.
  • Goods remain the property of Expedition Essentials until paid in full.
  • All prices are quoted in GB (£). We are NOT registered for VAT.
  • Payments are in Sterling GBP. Payment by a foreign currency will be taken at the Exchange rate for Sterling/country currency on the day of payment.
  • All bank charges (both senders and receivers) are to be paid by the customer. Where applicable, a nominal charge may be made by the Receiving bank (our bank) of £10. This charge needs to be paid prior to dispatch.
  • Product specs and prices may change without prior notice. Please check with us for updated information.
  • Product colour, material and content type may also vary to those shown on any advertising material.
  • Where available, product “Data Sheets & Safety Compliance Certificates” are available on request.
  • Goods are guaranteed with normal use against defective materials and workmanship for one year, except for epoxy based products.
  • For orders outside the EU, please contact us for a shipping quotation.
  • Expedition Essentials will make every effort to dispatch all ordered goods as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of our business and the bespoke service we offer, our delivery times can vary.
  • Unless informed beforehand, ALL goods will be dispatched by the British Post Office by the cheapest possible rate, this rate has very limited insurance protection.
  • If you require specialist shipping requirements and/or insurance, please provide us with details of the items you require & we will obtain a quotation.
  • Notification of non-receipt of goods MUST be made within 14 days of placing order, in writing, via email only.
  • Notification of damage to goods during shipping MUST be made within 14 days of placing order, in writing via, email only.
  • Notification of the return of any purchases for whatever reason MUST be made within 14 days of placing order, in writing, via email only. We will reply within 14 days of what action to take. Do not ship items before contacting us.
  • Return shipping of goods MUST be made via the British Post Office cheapest means & will be refunded in full. Proof of postage MUST be obtained and provided on the return of goods via email. The responsibility of the goods remains with the customer until acceptance by Expedition Essentials.
  • The validity, construction and performance of any sales agreement is governed by the law of England.
  • The place of arbitration shall be England, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
